Key Components of the System
Alkali Tank: Used to store and circulate caustic cleaning solutions to remove organic residues, fats, and proteins.
Acid Tank : Used for acidic cleaning cycles to dissolve mineral deposits, hard water scale, or milk/beer stone.
Water Tank: Used for pre-rinsing, intermediate rinsing, and final hot or cold water flushes.
Control Panel (AISO GROUP): An automated electrical panel with a touchscreen PLC interface (such as Siemens or compatible modules) to manage temperatures, flow rates, and detergent concentrations.
Pumps and Valves: Integrated sanitary stainless steel centrifugal pumps, pneumatic valves, and return lines mounted on a skid base
